🔗 Why did I decide to move back to India to take a career break? | Sriram on Medium

Many folks have reached out to me to understand the rationale behind this big step. We had a few months to make the decision as we wanted to wait till the school year finished for the kids. Few things led to this.

I don’t have any plans for what’s next, but I’m looking forward to a reset, spending time with the kids, some serendipity and to being bored.

Sriram is one of my favorite thinkers. He was the one who first helped me re-frame the work-life separation into a work-life continuum where the energies from each other must feed the other. It really helped me change my perspective and clarify what I wanted from my career, job etc. 

I wish him and his family, nothing but the very best and hope he gets everything he wants from the time off and more. 💙
