A combination of fast techno beats, acoustic guitars, arabian beats and the well placed uff goes on in the background as you are glued to the comedy of love errors unravelling in the screen. Althought a cliched story, Kailash Kher and his band of new age Sufi instrumentalists make a love polygon extremely interesting to watch. The fast earthy vocals of Kher also do a wonderful job throughout the song. This guy has indeed come a long way. Initially shunned by the industry coz of his hatke voice, he has come back to make a bang at least with the non Himesh Reshamiyya fans :-D! [Well actually even they sorta love his style].

Another thing that I wanted to make note was the versatility of this guy's songs in Kailasa - his release album. The first song Teri Deewani, blew my mind away with the soulful singing captured in the song and the video. A very fast, funny, jovial song comes out as Tauba Tauba hits the music channels. It was really interesting as from y'day night about 11 till today morning 8, whenever my roomies have shifted channels, this song has managed to appear. And unlike Surooooor, with the ulti nasal twang, this's actually pretty fun to hear and watch!!

Go, Kailash go!! Kudos man!!
