I am curious. I am kind. I approach everything with good faith. I keep a high bar for myself. I am really good at communicating things to any kind of audience. I am really good at bringing people together for a mission through a combination of artifacts and building interpersonal relationships. I've nurtured small teams of stars to super stars and led large teams of cross functional organizations.

I keep a cool head in crises. I work hard to make sure people are heard effectively. I don't hold myself to pre conceived notions and work hard to collaboratively find truth. As a result, I am often brought in to negotiate with the toughest of competitors to still move a system forward. I've led through the chaos of transformation and helped people even when delusion was pummeled as vision.

I've used these skills and traits to delight people - from how they watch movies to how they pay for their groceries.

I made media native to the web and the largest single platform that developers can use to delight users from large screen TVs to the mobile phone, during my tenure at Chrome.

I improved video innovation on the web by developing a royalty free video codec: VP9 and helped setup the Alliance for Open media.

I helped deliver packages for free while reducing the overall environment footprint and at a significantly lower cost, developing AmazonDay, and convinced Amazon to enter the last mile delivery.

I developed India's favorite mobile payments app - Google Pay (nee Tez) and enabled its merchant ecosystem that allows vegetable vendors and national conglomerates accept mobile payments.

I currently lead product for a fraud platform at FIS.
